Strolls 'n' Stories offers unique walking and storytelling experiences. Characters come to life as your host, Jan, acts out historical stories mixed within strolls through the Welsh countryside.

Come and explore famous Welsh towns, and beautiful surroundings. Each town has its own unique history and set of mysteries.

Don’t like to walk up hills?

Responding to requests from people who like sight-seeing but not long walks up hill, we give you our GENTLE series of events. In our event list below, the word GENTLE next to an event means it is an easy walk. Some GENTLE events may have one incline (where stated) but they are not long, hard climbs and we will gently stroll along. Enjoy!

Length: Approx 3.5 miles (an easy climb)
Fee: £15 pp

A moderately gentle stroll up Pen y Crug (a 331m hill) for spectacular views of the Brecon Beacons, Black mountains and Brecon itself, and then a walk through Priory Grove with its trees, and flowing water.

See Maen Ddu Holy Well. A real treat of a bee hive well. Watch out for the Little folk from Ireland though. They have egos too!
